Beth Blackmere
Beth started in the industry in 2000 at a Financial Services back office. While there she helped run the Registered Products Department, created their Estate Department and helped create company procedural manuals. She began working with advisors in 2005 as a licensed Mutual Fund Assistant.
Beth was born and raised in Bolton and is currently living with her husband and their 2 sons in Caledon. In 2012, after raising a family at home for a few years, Beth was planning of going back to work, having known Shane for many years she took the opportunity to join Shane’s Holliswealth Team.
Since then she has enjoyed getting to know the clients and helping them have the best possible investment experience. Since joining, Beth navigated several industry changes including the 2015 move to IIROC. At this time Beth recertified her securities license and is responsible for trading, managing Shane’s calendar and answering client’s questions.
In pursuit of on-going education, Beth is now pursuing her MTI Estate and Trust Professional designation. She also regularly attends conferences and seminars to keep up to date with the investment industry.
In her personal time Beth enjoys walking her dog, going to the cottage and playing games with her boys. She is also an avid fan of the Toronto Raptors!
